Agree with the other customers that say that the replacement lids don't fit! My original lid locked tight and allowed no spillage, but the replacement lid does not lock over the cup and does not hold the temperature of the liquids.

I agree with Dianne below, I ordered a replacement lid and it doesn't fit. My tumbler is model # 150620. I love my old cup, the new one doesn't hold heat like my old one.

The new lids work great! I just wish we could get them in the same colors as the tumblers we have. Mine originally came with a red closeable top and my friends came with a green one. The two replacements were black. Would have preferred to be able to order a red one and a green one, but that's not an option. Bummer.

However, it does not fit my old tumbler as the lid has been redesigned; it will not go all the way down with the seal, so it leaks. Do you have any old lids? Help! Lid is great, and fits the current model Beast tumbler perfectly (I got the 30 oz). But my Beast tumbler was a really old model, about ten years old, and the lid does not fit that model. So just be aware of how old your tumbler is, since it doesn't say anywhere on the website that they've changed the Beast tumbler at some point. I ended up just buying a new 30 oz tumbler since I couldn't get in touch with customer service for a return (it's been a week and they haven't responded to my request).

On 11-16-2023 I ordered a 30 oz. replacement lid for my tumbler order #105586 and I on 11-27-2023 I ordered another replacement lid for my other tumbler order #106437 neither one of these replacement lids fit. I contacted you you requested pictures which I complied and answered your other questions and no responses from you. I would like a full refund for the lids that don't fit. Your customer service leaves alot to be desired. The lids don't fit I sent the information you requested but still no refund or a lid that will work so I have 2 30oz. Purchased a 30 oz tumbler and it arrived with a cracked and broken lid. Sent an email to the company explaining the situation. I received a response saying the lids were out of stock but a replacement would be sent when the lids were back in stock. That was two months ago. I’ve sent two more emails to the company with no response. I see the lids are back in stock but I refuse to pay to replace a lid that arrived broken. Terrible experience. Will not purchase again.

Had to replace my lid because if you don’t open the spout and try to take off the lid suction makes it difficult to remove the lid therefore mine crack on the opposite side. Other than that sturdy

I ordered a flip lid for my 40 ounce cup. Because it came with the 30 ounce cup. I like the flip better, the slide lid get dish soap in them and it looks disgusting. I ordered more cups but I can’t get more flip lids, they’ve been out of stock for well over a year!!!

Just like the original lids. It's the rubber seal that deteriorated so I wish I could have just gotten that, but this is fine. I never put the lids in the dishwasher, but even with hand washing the seal began to shred and leave little bits of the material in my soda. I use my 40oz beast 24/7, which is why I own 3 of them.

I absolutely love the new lid. I dropped my 2 yr old cup and broke the original latch on the lid. I like the new design. It has a tighter seal than the original one. One issue I have is with this tighter seal it is very hard to get on and off. This lid does not sit all the way down on the cup like the original one. Do not know if it’s how it’s designed to fit like that. With all that I still love it. Your service is outstanding and your products are high quality. Will absolutely but more when needed and have recommended your products to several friends.
